<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reactor capable of sufficiently securing strength and heat radiation performance of a central core part by restraining blow-hole at the central core part, and a power conversion device using the same. <P>SOLUTION: A reactor 1 comprises: a cylindrical coil 2 generating a magnetic flux by energization; a core 3 made of magnetic powder mixture resin formed by mixing resin with magnetic powder, and inside which the coil 2 is embedded; a columnar central core part 4 arranged in an axial line direction X of the coil 2 on an inner peripheral side of the coil 2; and a case 5 with a bottomed box shape for housing the coil 2, the core 3 and the central core part 4. A projection part 53 projecting in the axial line direction X from an inner surface 511 of a bottom part 51 and constituting at least one part of the central core part 4 is provided on the case 5. The case 5 and the projection part 53 are integrally molded by die casting. A recess 54 indented in the projection direction of the projection part 53 from an outer surface 512 of the bottom part 51 is formed on the bottom part 51 of the case 5 at a position, at which the projection part 53 is formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
