PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for pleating and embossing on a fabric are provided to reduce energy for heating a heating roller during an embossing process. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus and a method for pleating and embossing on a fabric comprises: a cloth feeding roller(10), an upper paper feeding roller(20), a lower paper feeding roller(30), a pleating machine(40), an embossing machine(50), an upper paper collecting roller(60), a lower paper collecting roller(70), and a cloth collecting roller(80). The cloth feeding roller winds a cloth and unwinds and supplies the cloth to the pleating machine. |
