摘要 PURPOSE: A metal hollow fiber filter material with porosity is provided to; refine the size of blow holes with the size smaller than 1 um in the same particle size; and reduce production cost substantially as it can maintain or even increase the strength even if the sintering time is reduced in the lower or the same sintering temperature due to remarkable increase in the contact area. CONSTITUTION: A production method of a metal hollow fiber filter materail with porosity includes following steps; A step that produces a metal precursor solution dispersing a transition meta, metal powder that includes at least a metal, which is selected form the group composed of the oxides of the transition metal and the alloys and which also has a modified cross-section that exceeds the heteromorphy degree of 1.4, and a high polymer; a step that manufactures a hollow fiber solution precursor threading the metal precursor solution through a thread nozzle. a step that produces a metal hollow fiber with porosity oxidizing the high polymer after treating the metal hollow fiber precursor in the high temperature; a step that sinters the metal hollow fiber precursor. Relative formula 1. The heteromorphy degree equals the diameter of the inscribed circle of the diameter divided by the inscribed circle diameter of the metal powder cross-section.
