<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container for solid fat in which the solid fat is uniformly divided and filled, while facilitating the subdivision use. <P>SOLUTION: In the container, liquefied grease obtained by heating and melting solid fat is filled, and solidified. The container includes a plurality of compartments with bottom parts thereof being divided and top parts thereof being continuously connected in which the liquefied fat is filled and solidified, and recesses formed in upper sections of side walls of the adjacent compartments, and communicated with the inside of the adjacent compartment. In a tray, the liquefied fat flows from the recesses into the adjacent compartment when the liquefied fat is filled in any one of the plurality of compartments, and the liquefied fat is filled to the height position slightly over the bottom part of the recess, and solidified.
