<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an explanation support system, an explanation support method, and an explanation support program for effectively explaining a document by using a computer terminal. <P>SOLUTION: A control unit 21 of a tablet terminal 20 performs setting processing of a synchronous area in a screen on which an explanation document file is displayed. When a synchronous instruction is input, screen synchronous processing is performed. In this case, a control unit 11 of a tablet terminal 10 that has received screen data through a radio communication unit 17 performs screen display processing. Also, when detecting an instruction on the screen, the control unit 21 of the tablet terminal 20 notifies the tablet terminal 10 of an instruction position. In this case, the tablet terminal 10 performs pointer display processing. Also, when detecting an instruction on the screen, the control unit 11 of the tablet terminal 10 notifies the tablet terminal 20 of an instruction position.
