STOP SHOCK BACKLASH CONTROL ROLL SYSTEM

PURPOSE: A roll system for controlling backlash caused by impact of a stopper is provided to prevent the generation of backlash for both sides of C-shaped steel when an impact is generated when the stopper stops the C-shaped steel. CONSTITUTION: A roll system for controlling backlash caused by impact of a stopper comprises a bidirectional screw(13), a guide cylinder(20), and a feeding roller(30). The bidirectional screw connects transfer bodies(16) coupled to a LM(Linear Motion) guide(15). The guide cylinder is installed in a control part mounting body(17) connected to the transfer bodies and drives a cylinder shaft(21) connected to a roll frame(31). Roller shafts(32) in both sides of the feeding roller are supported in a ball bearing(34) by an one-way bearing(33).
