<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating and fixing device that reduces temperature drop on the surface of a fixing film that occurs under the influence of a cooling fan for reducing the temperature of a non-paper feeding part so as to maximize the capacity of the cooling fan, and thereby maintains fixability and suppresses temperature rise in edge parts. <P>SOLUTION: A pressure roller is used, which has a high heat-conductive elastic rubber layer including a needle-like heat-conductive filler oriented in a longitudinal direction orthogonal to a conveying direction of a recording medium between a core bar and a mold release layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
