The present invention provides an ATCA machine frame system, a construction method and a rear board. The ATCA machine frame system comprises at least one of the following components: a CMM integrated on a rear board of the ATCA machine frame system in a sub-card or module manner, a machine frame clock system integrated on the rear board of the ATCA machine frame system in a sub-card or module manner, and an interface extension module of a front server blade, the interface extension module being integrated on the rear board of the ATCA machine frame system in a sub-card or module manner. By means of the technical solution of the present invention, a problem that the service processing capability of a conventional system is limited is solved, thereby improving the integration level of the system, and increasing the flexibility of the system.
