<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital protection/control device that accurately shows a device state while always displaying internal information of the digital protection/control device even when a failure occurs in the part related to IP communication or in an external human interface device, and further, contributes to quick recovery work by correctly discriminating defective parts outside the device. <P>SOLUTION: The digital protection/control device 10 internally includes a display operation part 14a and an internal bus 15. The display operation part 14a is composed of, for example, a liquid-crystal display device having a touch sensor or a panel or the like provided with a switch and a liquid-crystal display device so as to display internal information 12b stored in a memory 12a by a prescribed menu operation.
