PURPOSE: A charge pump using a 2-step mismatch control method is provided to easily revise turning time and accuracy by efficiently revising current mismatch. CONSTITUTION: A charge pump includes a clock generator(10), a CP(Carbon Potential) Controller(20), a replica CP(30), and a mismatch current mirror(40). The clock generator generates a clock by using a clock coming from the outside of a reference clock for coarse tuning. The CP controller adjusts a secondary sink current by detecting a voltage generated from a sensing capacitor(50). The replica CP is used as a reproduction charge pump for fine tuning. The mismatch current mirror is used as an apparatus for mismatch current reproduction. |
