PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an LED(Light Emitting Diode) surface illuminator is provided to cuts the LED surface illuminator in a final stereoscopic state with an electrograph. CONSTITUTION: A character sheet is attached to an upper side of a base plate. An illuminator is attached on the upper side of the base plate. A plurality of side walls are vertically attached to a border of the base plate. The upper side of the base plate is filled with liquid light transmitting resin. After the liquid light transmitting resin is hardened, the liquid light transmitting resin and the base plate are cut according to a symbol or a charter of the character sheet by using an electrograph.
