PURPOSE: A sorting method for agricultural products is provided to minimize influence caused by foreign materials when fresh ginsengs are sorted. CONSTITUTION: A sorting method for agricultural products is as follows. A compound factor is produced by combining one or more shape factors having power spectrum images and outline information. The produced compound factor is compared with a reference value. The type of agricultural products is determined according to the compared results. |
