<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure adhesion of an interconnector and a fuel electrode, and adhesion of an interconnector and an electrolyte which is the biggest obstacle when producing an SOFC by co-sintering. <P>SOLUTION: A conventional fuel electrode material (blend of YSZ and NiO) and an interconnect material are blended so that the weight ratio of the interconnect material becomes 20% or less to obtain a material. The whole fuel electrode is coated with that material, or a sheet made of that material is sandwiched by the fuel electrode and the interconnector at the contact part of them, and then it is calcined in a low oxygen partial pressure atmosphere gas mainly composed of nitrogen having a weight ratio of oxygen in the range of 0.05-6%. At the same time, a blend material of an electrolyte material and the interconnect material where the weight ratio of the interconnect material is 20% or less is used at the connection of them. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
