摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly perform a fault diagnosis on relays without compromising the stability of a voltage filtered during charging. <P>SOLUTION: For charging a battery 13, feeding lines 43, 44 of a charger 11 are connected to receiving lines 30, 31 of an electric vehicle 12. The receiving lines 30, 31 are provided with relays 32, 33. The charger 11 has a voltage sensor 45 for measuring a voltage V1 between the feeding lines 43, 44. The charger 11 also has a voltage processing section 50 for filtering the voltage V1. During charging, in which charging power is supplied from a power control section 41, the voltage V1 is filtered by a first filter oriented toward stability. During a fault diagnosis performed on the relays 32, 33 on the basis of voltage fluctuations due to opening/closing of the relays 32, 33, on the other hand, the voltage V1 is filtered by a second filter more responsive than the first filter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
