<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deterioration in the continuity of a speed change when the speed change is performed so that target thrust is deviated from a thrust range between lower-limit thrust and upper-limit thrust. <P>SOLUTION: When a speed change is performed so that each target thrust (Win<SP POS="POST">*</SP>, Wout<SP POS="POST">*</SP>) is deviated from the upper/lower-limit thrust range Wmin-max, the target primary thrust (Win<SP POS="POST">*</SP>) is set to one of the upper-limit thrust Wmax and the lower-limit thrust Wmin of a primary pulley 42, and also, target secondary thrust (Wout<SP POS="POST">*</SP>) is set to the other of the upper-limit thrust Wmax and the lower-limit Wmin of a secondary pulley 46 until an actual change gear ratio γ approaches within a prescribed change gear ratio difference γsyn with respect to a target change gear ratio γ*l after the speed change, and then, the speed change is executed. Therefore, the maximum transmission performance of the limit or near the limit in which the speed change can be actually executed can be extracted, and also the continuance of the speed change by feed-forward control can be secured. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
