PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce burdens imposed when making a presentation, while handling an image and data in a presentation or the like. SOLUTION: In an image display 3a mounted on head of a user 9 for displaying image information supplied from a computer 12 or other image information supply apparatus, such that the information can be observed by the user, there are provided a speech processing means 16 for detecting the speech uttered by the user and for outputting a signal for controlling the image information supplying apparatus, based on the detected speech, and operation means 5 operated by the user for selecting whether to cause the speech processing means to output signal.
