PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mold moldings of stable quality by applying a uniform molding pressure to a molten resin 5 between the molding surfaces 13 and 23 of a mold 10 in a method for molding the moldings simultaneously and its molding apparatus. SOLUTION: A mold 10 is composed of a lower mold 12 having two or more molding surfaces 13 and an upper mold 22 having two or more split molds 24 which have molding surfaces 23 engageable with the molding surfaces 13 of the lower mold 12 and are held independently movably by a cylinder 25 when a prescribed pressure is applied to the molding surfaces 23. A molten resin 5 feeding gate 14 communicating with a resin injecting apparatus is opened in each molding surface 13 or 23. When the upper mold 22 of the mold 10 is made to approach the lower mold 12, and the molding surface 23 of each split mold 24 of the upper mold 22 is engaged with each molding surface 13 of the lower mold 12, each split mold 24 which is pushed out in advance from a standard position corresponding to the amount of the molten resin 5 supplied to each molding surface 23 is pushed back.
