PURPOSE: A non-metallic organic actuator and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to secure the reliability of the actuator by simply manufacture an electrode. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a non-metallic organic actuator comprises the following steps: forming a high-conductivity polyaniline film using a high-conductivity polyaniline solution obtained by dissolving a high-conductivity polyaniline particle and camporsulfonic acid to meta-cresol; processing an ion conductive polymer with a hydrogen peroxide solution, a hydrochloric acid solution, and water, to form an ion conductive polymer film; locating the high-conductivity polyaniline film to the lower and upper side of the ion conductive polymer film, and compressing; and dipping the compressed films to a camphor sulfonic acid solution. |
