<p>PURPOSE: A key input device is provided to focus the vibration feedback on a key input on the hand of a user operating the key, by including a soft material formed at the side of a pressure key or a touch key and a vibration actuator attached to the soft material. CONSTITUTION: A pressure key contains a pressing area pressed by a user. A pressure sensor(212) is formed at the opposite side of the pressing area on the surface of the pressure key. A soft material(214) is formed at the side of the pressure key. A vibration actuator(213) is attached to the soft material. A control part controls the vibration actuator according to the pressure detected by the pressure sensor. The control part changes the intensity or pattern of vibration of the vibration actuator according to the intensity of the pressure detected by the pressure sensor.</p> |
