PURPOSE: A meeting document generating/searching system is provided to accurately search for a meeting document on which Chinese character is wrongly inputted by searching for Chinese character of the homophone of a PDF document. CONSTITUTION: A document generating module(100) extracts a keyword from a meeting document through an input device and converts the keyword into a PDF(Portable Document Format) document. A document searching module about the meeting document. The document generating module includes an XML(eXtensible Markup Language) document managing unit(110), a keyword generating unit(140) for extracting the keyword, and a PDF document generating unit(150). |
