<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an electrophotographic photoreceptor capable of manufacturing an electrophotographic photoreceptor having excellent photosensitive characteristics in a high yield by cleaning a conductive substrate with high cleaning power in a short time without reducing frequencies of ultrasonic waves and forming a photosensitive layer on the substrate. <P>SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing an electrophotographic photoreceptor includes: a step of cleaning a conductive substrate made of an aluminum-based metal by immersing the conductive substrate in an organic solvent and applying ultrasonic waves at an output of 50 to 100 kHz, then immersing the conductive substrate in an aqueous solution containing one kind of surfactant selected from a nonionic surfactant and an anionic surfactant and applying ultrasonic waves at an output of 50 to 100 kHz, subsequently by rinsing the substrate with water and drying; and a step of forming a photosensitive layer on the cleaned conductive substrate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
