<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving method of switching elements, capable of equally distributing loss and heat generation to switching elements connected in parallel. <P>SOLUTION: In a first driving step of driving first and second switching elements so as to match off-timing of the first switching element and off-timing of the remaining second switching element when state change that causes abnormal increase of switching loss of the switching elements is not detected and in a second driving step of driving the first and second switching elements so as to shift the off-timing of the first switching element and the off-timing of the second switching element when the state change is detected, the state that the first switching element is turned off earlier than the second switching element and the state that the second switching element is turned off earlier than the first switching element are periodically and alternately realized. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
