PURPOSE: An electrolytic material, an electrolytic material compound, and a purpose thereof are provided to increase capacitance and voltage resistance by applying a hard polymer to a solid capacitor. CONSTITUTION: A capacitor element(9) is formed by spacer configuration compound between an anode foil(1) and a cathode foil(3). Wirings(7a,7b) operate a cathode foil and an anode foil to the terminal. The number of the cathode foil and the anode foil is not restricted. A dielectric layer formed from oxide is formed on a surface of the anode foil. The dielectric layer is located between the anode foil and the cathode foil.
