PURPOSE: A vibration reduction device control method is provided to minimize vibration transmitted to a residential area by using an optimal phase. CONSTITUTION: A phase control mode of a vibration reduction device is determined(S10). The phase control mode is determined as a constant phase control mode(M10). The phase control mode controls the phase of inverse vibration. The phase of the inverse vibration is changed by a measured vibration level. A phase control mode is determined as an automatic control mode(M20). An optimal phase is calculated by using a measured vibration value(S250).
