PURPOSE: A form tagging information providing system and a method are provided to store a subjective opinion for an object in a database, thereby supplying information for an opinion of other people for the object. CONSTITUTION: A storage unit(120) stores form tagging object information and form tagging information received from a user as form tagging data. A metadata conversion unit(130) converts the form tagging data into metadata and structures an associative relation between the forming tagging object information and the form tagging information. A similarity measurement unit(140) measures similarity between the form tagging data and corrects the form tagging data. A search result providing unit(150) receives a search word from a user and provides a form tagging result based on the metadata for the search word.
