<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging device capable of suppressing deterioration in an image quality and reading a pixel signal at a high speed. <P>SOLUTION: A solid-state imaging device has a plurality of unit pixels 3 and a plurality of vertical signal lines 53. A potential of a predetermined vertical signal line 53 connected with a predetermined unit pixel 3 is lower than a reset potential that is a potential of the predetermined vertical signal line 53 at the time when a potential of floating diffusion of the predetermined unit pixel 3 is reset, during electric charge transfer in which a transfer transistor of the predetermined unit pixel 3 is turned on. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
