<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for sealers, keeping an excellent waterproof property and moisture resistance, having excellent flame retardancy, further excellent in storage stability, substrate adhesion, overcoatability and the like with good balance, and excellent in comprehensive performance, and to provide mineral molded elements coated with an aqueous sealer containing such composition. <P>SOLUTION: The resin composition for sealers, comprising (A) an aqueous emulsion and (B) a flame retardant, which (B) flame retardant contains both of a bromine compound and an antimony compound, keeps an excellent waterproof property and moisture resistance, has excellent flame retardancy and is further excellent in substrate adhesion, overcoatability and storage stability with good balance, and so has excellent comprehensive performance. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
