PURPOSE: A waterproofing sheet composition is provided to have high tensile strength and high adhesion and to use an aqueous polymer-based primer or an aqueous asphalt primer, thereby forming an environmentally friendly coating layer. CONSTITUTION: A waterproofing sheet composition comprises 53-68 weight% of an asphalt, 3-8 weight% of an SBS synthetic rubber, 2-3 weight% of paraffin oil, 3-4 weight% of regeneration oil, 0.5-1 weight% of natural pulp, 20-25 weight% of calcium carbonate, 0.5-1 weight% of a petroleum resin, 1-2 weight% of fly ash, and 2-3 weight% of a regeneration micropowder coal dust. A manufacturing method of a self adhesive asphalt waterproofing sheet comprises: a step of manufacturing the waterproofing composition in a mixing tank; and a step of forming the self adhesive asphalt waterproofing sheet by spreading the waterproofing sheet composition on a film at 80 °C.
