PURPOSE: A structure reinforcement device is provided to reduce construction costs and to secure a space by increasing spans. CONSTITUTION: A structure reinforcement device(80) comprises an H-beam(10), concrete members(20), carbon plates(30), and fixing frames(70). The H-beam is composed of first and second reinforcements(11,13). Spaces are formed in both sides of the first reinforcement. The concrete members are installed in the spaces. The carbon plates are installed inside the concrete members to be horizontal with the first reinforcement. The fixing frames are installed in the longitudinal direction of the carbon plates and support the tops and bottoms of the carbon plates.
