<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately diagnose an object to be diagnosed noninvasively by acquiring, on the basis of elastic information measured by a medical image apparatus, a specific diagnosis evaluation value for evaluating whether a diagnosis region is benign or malignant. <P>SOLUTION: The medical image apparatus includes: an elastic information computing part 32 for computing the elastic image information on the basis of tomographic image information of the diagnosis region of a subject photographed through times; a hardness-ratio computing part 64 for acquiring the hardness ratio, that is a ratio between an elastic value of a first region and an elastic value of a second region set within the diagnosis region, on the basis of the elastic image information; a diagnosis-evaluation-value calculating part 65 for calculating a diagnosis evaluation value corresponding to the hardness ratio, which is acquired by the hardness-ratio computing part, on the basis of the preset correlation between the hardness ratio and the diagnosis evaluation value; and an image display part on which the elastic image formed on the basis of the elastic image information and a diagnosis evaluation value acquired by the diagnosis-evaluation-value calculating part are displayed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
