<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems with a conventional mold transformer that is configured to control an air cooling fan by a measured load current value of the mold transformer, in which a short-term increase and decrease of the load current may not cause a big change in a coil temperature of the transformer and the air-cooling fan can be more surely fan-controlled by the coil temperature of the transformer, but when a dial thermometer that is a device indicating a temperature and giving an alarm is used, the other devices cannot be controlled with the dial thermometer. <P>SOLUTION: An air-cooling type mold transformer has a sensor for temperature-detecting element unifying a temperature sensor and a resistive temperature-detecting element arranged near the coil of the mold transformer. The temperature sensor is connected to a dial thermometer to indicate a temperature. The resistive temperature-detecting element is connected to a convert meter to convert a temperature signal into an electric signal. A control system inputs the electric signal and controls the air-cooling fan arranged under the mold transformer by on-off control to cool the transformer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
