<p>Provided are a state conversion control method, a multi-point control server and a video conference system. The state conversion control method includes: a multi-point control server receiving a conference appointment message, wherein the conference appointment message carries the start time and the end time of the appointed conference and the identifier of a conference place centralized control device in the conference place participating in the appointed conference;and sending a state conversion command to the conference place centralized control device according to the start time of the appointed conference and the identifier of the conference place centralized control device in the conference place participating in the appointed conference, or according to the end time of the appointed conference and the identifier of the conference place centralized control device in the conference place participating in the appointed conference.The embodiments of the present invention can make the devices in a video conference system enter a shutdown state in a non-conference state and enable the devices in the video conference system to recover to a normal working state in a conference state by way of centralized control; thus being able to improve user experience, and reduce the energy consumption of the video conference system.</p> |
