The closure device has a clamp designed in a spring-like and form-fit manner. The clamp is designed in the form of an outer edge of a bottom box (4) of a coffin, and in the form of an outer surface of a coffin lid (3). The clamp has a pressure part and a seat strip molding which is positively molded on the outer edge of the bottom box, and on the pressure part on the outer surface of the coffin lid.
