PURPOSE: A power seat temperature control device is provide to maintain a constant surface temperature of a motor, thereby notably reducing time for a motor durability test and enhancing test efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A power seat temperature control device includes a motor(130), a temperature sensor(140), a cooling device(150) and a temperature controller(160). The motor is mounted inside a power seat. The temperature sensor is affixed to an arbitrary point of the motor and senses the temperature of the spot. The cooling device is arranged adjacent to the motor to cool the motor down forcibly. The temperature controller actuates a coolant to cool the motor down forcibly if the temperature sensed by the temperature sensor is over the predetermined limit.
