PURPOSE: A pattern forming method of a container cap is provided to improve the marketability of products with patterns by simply forming patterns on the surface of a container cap. CONSTITUTION: A pattern forming method of a container cap includes the following steps: a transparent plate, which is to be attached on the surface of a container cap, is injection molded using a transparent synthetic resin; an opaque or transparent base layer is coated on the entire rear side of the transparent plate; transparent parts are formed by carving engraved patterns on the rear side of the transparent plate; a separate reflective plate is attached on the rear side of the transparent plate to complete a decorative member forming operation; and the decorative member forming operation is attached on the surface of a container cap.
