PURPOSE: A spud can detaching and attaching method of a jack-up platform and a system for the same are provided to implement an attaching operation and a detaching operation with respect to a spud can using barge without re-docking the jack-up platform. CONSTITUTION: A spud can detaching and attaching method of a jack-up platform includes the following steps: a jack-up platform is floated using a supporting barge and supported(S100); target supporting legs ascend(S200); the attaching operation and the detaching operation of a spud can are implemented with respect to the ascended supporting legs(S300); and the operation completed supporting legs descend(S400).
