The present invention relates to mascara having an eyelash-curler function. According to the present invention, the invention comprises: a body which is vertically extended to a certain length, and is curved rearward to give a sense of grip; a body cover which is openably positioned on the front of said body; a movement-adjusting handle which is rotatably positioned on the upper part of said body; a slidingly-moving object which is embedded in said body, and is vertically movable by the rotation of said movement-adjusting handle; an elastic member which is embedded in said slidingly-moving object, and performs a shock-absorbing role during the vertical movement; a fixing bar which is detachably positioned on the upper part of said slidingly-moving object; and a cartridge which is detachably positioned on the upper part of said body, and in which a mascara liquid is stored. Thus, the invention simultaneously performs a mascara function and an eyelash-curling function in an easy and convenient manner, and minimizes the time for makeup.
