<p>An eccentric ring wind power mechanism comprising several wind board assemblies (13), a connection driving assembly (14), and a movable round ring (16) capable of moving in the horizontal direction. The end portion of the inner side of the wind board assembly moves inside of a guiding slot (17) on the movable round ring (16) when subjected to wind. The wind board assemblies (13) are rotatably mounted at the periphery of the connection driving assembly (14), are in fixed positions relative to the connection driving assembly (14), and drive the connection driving assembly (14) to rotate. At the same time, the inner boards of the wind board assemblies (13) apply pressures to the movable round ring (16). The resultant force of the pressures applied by the wind board assemblies (13) to the movable round ring (16) determines the position of the movable round ring (16), so that the wind board assemblies are always kept at the most reasonable position when subjected to wind, thereby improving wind energy utilization efficiency.</p> |
