PURPOSE: An easily detachable smart phone holder for a vehicle is provided to prevent smart phone separation due to vibration or shaking. CONSTITUTION: An easily detachable smart phone holder for a vehicle comprises a fixing unit(A), a connecting unit(B), and a settling unit(C). The fixing unit comprises a body part(15) and upper and lower clips(13,14). The body part is contacted with the back side of the rear view mirror of the vehicle. The upper clip is vertically projected from the upper part of the body part. The lower clip elastically moves up and down and holds the rear view mirror. The connecting unit connects the fixing unit by using an upper assembling portion and connects the settling unit by the settling unit in order to adjust the angle. The settling unit is composed of a phone attaching body part and upper and lower holders(31,32).
