The piston engine (1) has a reciprocating pistons (2,3) which are connected with crankshafts (6,7) through connecting rods (4,5). The crankshafts are rotated in a direction opposite to the synchronization gear wheels (8,9). The crankshafts are provided with flywheels (13,14). The flywheels of crankshafts are extended mutually with respect to each other in axial direction (A-A), with specific offset. The end regions of crankshafts are provided adjacent to the synchronization gear wheels.
