<p>Disclosed is a call service implementation method. The method comprises: after a call between a mobile service platform and mobile equipment (ME) is established, the mobile service platform querying capability information of the ME that initiates a call request from an unstructured supplementary service data (USSD) service center, and when the ME has the capability of displaying prompt information, the mobile service platform sending USSD prompt information to the ME; and the ME displaying the USSD prompt information sent by the mobile service platform. Further disclosed are a call service implementation system and mobile equipment. The present invention, compatible with the providing of service through voice technologies in the prior art, desirably solves the problem of low quality of service caused by factors such as the susceptibility of voice services to external environment.</p> |
