PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a glass tray and a device thereof are provided to easily form protrusions by masking the glass tray by a mask of clamp frame. CONSTITUTION: A glass tray manufacturing device comprises a bath(100), a base plate(120), a clamp frame(300), and a reaction solution feeding unit(400). The bath is formed into an empty container. The base plate is arranged on the bottom surface of the bath. The clamp frame comprises a frame(310) and a mask(320). The frame supports and compresses the mask and has a plurality of pressing pins(350). The mask has a plurality of mask pins(330) corresponding with a glass plate(200). The reaction solution feeding unit comprises a header(430), a pump(410), and a tank(420). The header has a nozzle(440) which sprays the reaction solution. The pump is connected to the header and supplies the reaction solution. |
