<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote system and a remote operation method such that a user can quickly start remote support service and immediately complete remote operation. <P>SOLUTION: A support server 100 acquires setting information on a user terminal 10 at a support request from the user terminal 10, and receives remote operation by a supporter responding to the support request from a support terminal 150, and the support server 100 transmits the remote operation received from the supporter to the user terminal 10 as a setting command for performing setting corresponding to the support request from the user terminal 10.
