<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problems: CO2 is generated and environmental pollution is getting serious due to consumption or burning of global resources such as nuclear power, oil, and gas to increase anxieties about future safety, especially, nuclear power generation has a great risk such as radioactive diffusion which is caused when a facility is destroyed by earthquakes, tsunami and terrorist attack. <P>SOLUTION: Fluids such as air entering from a lower opening 23 of a cylinder 7 is pushed up by a piston 8 to be compressed, continuously supplied from a positive pressure tube 10 to a pressure storage container to store pressure. The pressure can be used as power energy. As a motive force of the piston 8, the flow and the weight of liquid 4 of wastewater generated from a river, daily life, and an industry are utilized. Supply, stop and discharge of the liquid 4 to the storage chamber 3 of a rotor 1 including the storage chamber 3 diagonally in two rooms, are repeated to obtain continuous repeated rotation and reverse motions, to be transmitted by a rod 6 for connecting the piston 8 and a position away from the center of the rotor 1, using reciprocating motion of the piston 8. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
