PURPOSE: An angle and height control device for a head rest of a chair is provided to make the lifting of a headrest stable and to prevent damage to the installation unit of a support member. CONSTITUTION: An angle and height control device for a head rest of a chair comprises a frame(30), a mounting member(50), and a height adjusting member. The frame is formed in the rear of a seat back and supports the seat back. The mounting member is installed between the seat back and the upper part of the frame and guides a support member to a moving hole. The height adjusting member is installed in the mounting member and adjusts the vertical movement of the support member.
