PURPOSE: A system for launching a projectile moving under the water is provided to individually launch the projectile with a reduced volume as an actuator is not in contact with the projectile. CONSTITUTION: A system for launching a projectile moving under the water comprises a returning restriction and water suction unit(5), a fluid communicating unit(6), a sealing unit(7), and a pushing unit(8). The returning restriction and water suction unit is formed at the rear part of an outer tube(4). The fluid communicating unit connects the inside of a tube to a correspondent portion. The sealing unit is supported to an inner tuber, and slides on the inner wall of the outer tube when the inner tube moves in the outer tube. The pushing unit moves the inner tube to a deployment position from a retreat position along a first low-speed moving path inside the outer tube. The pushing unit moves the inner tube to the retreat position along a second high-speed moving path. The pressurizing water flows into the inner tube from the rear part of the moving projectile through the fluid communicating unit so that the pushing unit discharges the projectile(2).
