<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a socket for surface mounting on a wiring board, which can be efficiently mounted on a wiring board at a lower heating temperature than that of conventional models due to use of an anisotropic conductive film. <P>SOLUTION: In a socket: a socket main body 4 made of a resin comprises a socket part 2 having a socket hole as vertically installed at the central part of the upper face of a base 3; a groove part 6, in which the tip of a wiring 5 extended from the socket part 2 to a base upper face side peripheral part 3A is inserted, is provided on the base upper face side peripheral part 3A so that the upper face of a wiring tip part 5A is substantially flush with the base upper face side peripheral part 3A; a space part 8 is provided between the middle part of the wiring 5 and the base 3; and a socket electrode 9 is provided as bent across the upper and lower faces of the base peripheral part so that one end thereof is connected with the upper face of the wiring tip part 5A and the other end thereof is located above a base lower face side peripheral part 3B formed in a downwardly projected shape. The socket is surface mounted on a wiring board 21 so that an electric wiring 22 of the wiring board 21 is connected with the socket electrode 9 via an anisotropic conductive film 23. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
