Outer working surface of every disc is composed by round steel wires with ends bent out and shaped to teeth. Said wires are rigidly secured on the disc is two transverse lines with wire rods arranged across tooth direction. Wire rods in contact with index head and blank tooth index root are made separately to form their appropriate transverses line.
