<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink-jet recording head that suppresses the protrusion of adhesives to a liquid channel and the occurrence of leakage of recording liquid. <P>SOLUTION: The ink-jet recording head has: a recording element substrate including a discharge-port array to discharge recording liquid; a supporting member to support the recording element substrate; and an adhesive to bond the recording element substrate and the supporting member to each other.
