Inside the reservoir (1) there is a watering tube (3) with a nipple valve (10) at the end. The watering tube (3) stretches outside from the reservoir (1) via a sealant (4). The heater (5) is installed inside the watering tube (3) along its entire length and is arranged as posistor, automatically maintaining the specified temperature. The heater (5) is connected to a source of supply (9). A drain hole (11) for water supply is arranged above the sealant (4).
